Please Join Us at the Kenosha Art Market!
Every third Sunday, June - October, 10AM - 2PM in Union Park (4500 7th Avenue). Rain or shine!
2023 dates: June 18, July 16, Aug 20, Sep 17, Oct 15 Every third Sunday of the month, June through October, Lemon Street Gallery hosts Kenosha Art Market in Union Park. In the fresh air and under the gorgeous trees, you'll find more than 50 fine artists and craftspeople offering their original work. The center of Kenosha’s Arts District, Union Park was “adopted” by Lemon Street over 10 years ago. Since then, the park has become home to “Deep Breath”, a 13-foot tall sculpture created by Matt Bellefeuille; 7 gorgeous mosaic planters created by artists and neighborhood families; lovely flowers tended by dedicated volunteers; and both a Little Free Library and Little Free Art Gallery on the northeast and southeast corners. Please feel free to bring a book or small art piece to share with the Little Free collections! Visitors to the Art Market can expect to find original artwork for purchase in a wide variety of media: paintings, relief prints, ceramics, woodworking, fiber arts, apparel, jewelry, and more. There's something new every month, so mark your calendars and visit us often. As an added bonus, Union Park Tavern schedules live entertainment for the Market and offers breakfast and lunch specials every Market day! Union Park has two playgrounds, easy walking paths, large shade trees, and comfortable benches. Support local artists and find your new favorite thing at the Kenosha Art Market! Currently taking applications for 2023! |
